Jon Allen

Jon Allen

Jon has a degree in Business Studies and began his career in Marketing for the likes of Volkswagen, P&O and Earls Court & Olympia Group. He then moved into HR, spearheading a cultural change journey which built an award winning reputation for innovative customer service at EC&O.

After taking time out to travel the world, Jon spent 3 years at ?WhatIf! Innovation as a senior consultant, studying world-class organisations and developing the people and cultures of clients like bp, Unilever, Samsung, Astra Zeneca, BT, Scottish and Newcastle, Experian, Lloyds TSB, National Grid and HSBC to name but a few.

Jon now runs his own business, Flow Development, and is on a crusade to help organisations innovate internally to drive growth and customer impact. Jon is a qualified coach, NLP Practitioner, experienced trainer, facilitator and organisational change specialist with vast experience of working on an individual, team and organisational level.

Jon’s flow moments – family time with Beth and our boys – Ben and Luke, getting muddy on my mountain bike, going out for a run with Richard, mixing records, being there for friends, meeting new people, being cheeky, playing football, cooking and going for meals at Ally and Jane’s.

Steve, the founder of Connectwell, is a Professional Coach and OD specialist. In his 20+ years of business experience, Steve has helped numerous organisations realise strategic aims by realising people potential. He has a strong Line and Operations Management background from his early industrial career at British Airways.

His ability to create valuable, trusting relationships help him manage large scale change / organisational development programmes and more discrete assignments with confidence and authenticity.

Steve has a passion for people development and team effectiveness, where he has a wealth of experience. He has a Social Science and Psychology degree and holds professional qualifications in coaching and other tools e.g. the MBTI personality system.

Sasha Jones

Sasha Jones

Sasha is passionate about inspiring people to have the excitement and focus to develop new ideas and make things happen. Her keen interest in what makes people tick developed when she studied for a BA in Advertising at RMIT, Australia. Since then she has had spent seven years working in advertising, marketing promotions, event management and innovation consultancy in Melbourne, London and New York with multinational companies such as BBC Worldwide, Ecco, XBOX and Unilever.

Sasha works closely with senior consultants and executive teams to design processes and cultures that enable innovation. In her spare time Sasha lindy hops and loves cycling on her Bobbin bicycle around London taking pictures of interesting people and creative things.

MOK is MD of The Innovation Beehive. Having led Executive study tours to some of the world’s most successful organisations MOK has a unique insight into what makes an innovative organisation and is able to expose clients to unique stimulus and business practices. .

MOK has held senior HR positions in retail and hospitality and was Head of HR for the European Franchise Business at Pizza Hut and KFC. MOK’s clients have included Barclays, MyTravel, Direct Line, UKTV, Unilever, HSBC and Diageo.

MOK has a passion for storytelling in business and organisational transformation. He has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. He currently lives in West London with two dogs and a cat. He is very involved in local issues and is Board Chair of Islington Arts Factory, a community arts centre in North London.
